"So far, I am very happy with the Toshiba 23HLV87 - 23 inch LCD TV . It has the features that I was looking for at a very good price. I also purchased a wall mount. I am using it in my bedroom. I would not use this as my main TV, but it is more than I need for a bedroom. It is a little heavier than I had expected, so I had to return my wall mount and buy a more heavy duty one. Overall, this a a good buy for a TV with a built in DVD player.

"Toshiba 23HLV87 - 23 inch LCD TV was slightly damaged possibly from shipping mishandling. Some fragments of plastic from the TV's outer case was in the plastic bag with the TV. Damage is in the lower left hand front corner of the TV. However damage is not very noticeable. The TV was sold as refurbished and adequately discounted, so overall I'm satisfied with the purchase as far as performanceand price.

"We installed the Toshiba 23HLV87 - 23 inch LCD TV in our travel trailer and it works great. The 23" size is just right. It was a little loose in the shipping carton, but there didn't seem to be any damage from that.
